Trees Hate You

An independent demo game is called Trees Hate You. After a picnic, players must make their way out of the woods, but the trees become hazardous barriers.

Avoiding and navigating the traps the trees place is the main focus of the mechanics.

Playing games

After having a picnic in the woods, the player's goal is to take a quick way home.

Lead the character through the "hostile" wilderness covered in trees to escape.

Obstacles

The trees are not only immobile but also capable of setting traps.
Character customisation and additional traps are included in the larger demo.
The game is challenging to play; players must constantly avoid obstacles and determine the right path, akin to a short "survival puzzle."
